Our Generation Speaks is a fully-funded three-month fellowship program and incubator where emerging leaders create high-impact ventures. We are seeking a group of 30 Israeli and Palestinian change agents, aged 21-30, to join us in Boston, MA for the fourth year of our summer fellowship from June 3 to August 29, 2019. Over the past three years, OGS has invested more than $750,000 in ventures that were created during the fellowships. Additionally, to date, OGS ventures have raised over $1 million in external funding. To learn more about the accomplishments of our previous cohorts, please take a look at our website.

The OGS Fellowship establishes and funds a set of innovative enterprises that generate significant social and economic value. During the fellowship, OGS Fellows engage in a rigorous, tailor-made seminar program, focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategy at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, which has been named as one of the top ten schools for social policy in the USA. OGS also provides access to MassChallenge, the world's largest startup accelerator, which supports our fellows' efforts to create high-impact ventures in the region. Fellows also have the opportunity to participate in our partnership with  DesignX at MIT to incubate ventures in the fields of architecture, urban planning, real estate, and the built environment.

Each OGS Fellow is assigned a mentor from the OGS Network, which is comprised of serial entrepreneurs, executives of Fortune 500 companies, public-sector leaders, and more. Following the fellowship’s close, fellows join our vibrant alumni network, OGS NEXT, which provides further support to our alumni and OGS ventures.

Chaired by former Ambassador Nicholas Burns, the OGS Advisory Board represents a range of diverse experiences and backgrounds. Among its members are Hani Alami (CEO of CoolNet), Adi Altschuler (Economic Impact Lead for Google Israel) and John Harthorne (Founder and CEO of MassChallenge).

OGS seeks a highly-qualified group of 30 Palestinians and Israelis between the ages of 21-30 who have:

·         Completed an undergraduate degree;

·         A history of demonstrated leadership and aspirations to lead in new capacities;

·         A working knowledge of English and strong communication skills;

·         A commitment to continued involvement with OGS activities in the region; and

·         A valid passport (US visa not necessary for application).

If a candidate does not meet the above criteria but still feels that they could contribute to the program (e.g. outside of the age range), they can send an introductory email to admissions@ogspeaks.com making their case for consideration.

Applications will open on December 3, 2018 and close on January 7, 2019. Interested applicants can sign up here to receive updates on our admissions process. You can learn more about the application requirements and process on our website.
